“Equal to equal" -  20 inmates serving sentences in the “Armavir” and “Goris” penitentiary institutions participated in retraining courses. Inmates in the “Armavir” penitentiary institution were taught flower arranging and pen embroidery, and in the “Goris” penitentiary institution, soap making skills were taught.

The participants were awarded certificates. 

The duration of the project was from August 1 to November 21, 2022, the budget was 3 million drams.
